Description

You will lead the delivery of complex projects while guiding teams through agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of HRMS migration projects, aligning with organizational goals.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Drive program governance by managing RAID (Risk, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and providing status reporting.
• Manage cross-functional teams, providing guidance and ensuring accountability for project execution.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure goal alignment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in a project management or similar role.
• Proven experience managing HRMS migration or large-scale enterprise projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
• Proficiency with project management tools like JIRA, MS Project, or Confluence.
• Expertise in RAID management and program governance.
• Familiarity with Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).
• Demonstrated ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups and drive decision-making.
• Knowledge of Agile principles; Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Experience with data migration processes and system integrations.
