Description

Manage complex technology projects and programs within the Information Security PMO. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Direct technical leads, project team members, consultants, and contractors to ensure full implementation of hardware and software.
• Own the development and maintenance of all project documentation, including charters, management plans, requirements, design documents, test plans, and implementation plans.
• Manage project schedules and budgets using MS Enterprise Project Management (EPM) and MS Project Professional, reporting all variances to senior management.
• Execute formal risk management, change management, and quality assurance processes to mitigate issues.
• Produce weekly status reports and facilitate project meetings to communicate accomplishments, issues, and action items.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on Program and Project management experience from initiation through implementation.
• 10+ years of experience in technology management, analysis, and administration.
• Proficiency with MS Project, MS Enterprise Project Management (EPM), and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects and complex vendor/sub-vendor relationships.
• Knowledge of Information Security Management and technical design documentation.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Experience with formal project management methodologies and processes.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or CSM certifications.
• Experience working within SAFe frameworks.
