Skills: Project Manager, Program Manager, Senior Project Manager

Education: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology/Systems or Equivalent

1.Senior Program Manager in the execution of a mission critical / Board level program.

2.Contextual knowledge desired: Experience with exchange size trading platform, familiar with low latency/high volume systems.

3.Tool skills: MS Project and fluent with Atlassian solutions specifically confluence, JIRA, and JIRA Planning.

4.Leadership skills: Goal driven, can manage cross-functional matrix teams, can herd cats while keeping team relationships positive.

5.Has passion to enable teams to succeed against complex dependencies and challenging deadlines.

6.Detailed focus - able to get into the detail to solve problems and build detailed artifacts needed for program coordination and success.

7.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
