You will lead project strategy, budget management, and team performance for departmental operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee departmental budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and monitor expenditures to meet financial goals.
• Develop strategic objectives, define project scope, deliverables, and schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage full-cycle employee performance, including setting targets, conducting reviews, and guiding staff development.
• Approve recruitment and termination decisions to maintain an effective workforce and resolve personnel conflicts.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure adherence to quality assurance and coding standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management and Resource Management.
• Proven ability to manage departmental budgets and balance organizational financial strategies.
• Strong background in Change Management and process improvement compliance.
• Experience collaborating with development teams and on-site engineers to resolve technical issues.
• Ability to review technical documents and participate in technical design discussions.
• Skilled in stakeholder communication, providing regular project updates, and defining quality standards.
• Background in Value creation and Knowledge Management (KM) activities.
