Description

You will lead the delivery and growth of the Data, Analytics, and AI practice by driving innovation and technical thought leadership.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Chief Digital and Data Officers to establish digital visions, strategic guidance, and roadmaps.
• Map customer requirements to specific data, analytics, and AI solutions and components.
• Manage project delivery, including budgeting, estimations, P&L management, and quality assurance.
• Assemble teams of analysts and engineers to deliver proofs of concept or MVPs.
• Mentor and coach both clients and team members to execute agreed data strategies.

Required Skills

• 12-15 years of experience managing and delivering engagements across the data and analytics value stream.
• Deep technical understanding of Big Data, Business Intelligence, and Advanced Analytics.
• Proven experience in AI / ML implementation.
• Hands-on technical background within a Digital Transformation, Consulting, or Analytics service provider.
• Strong delivery management skills including budget and P&L oversight.
• Experience in Business Strategy, Organizational Transformation, and Change Management projects.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder expectations and provide clear, consistent communication.
• Lean mindset combining technical knowledge with entrepreneurial management skills.
