Description

You will lead and manage the Hourly Timekeeping Modernization Project from initiation to completion.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee time, scope, dependencies, risks, changes, and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports.
• Facilitate collaboration across teams and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Provide clear and concise updates to stakeholders, synthesizing complex information into actionable insights.
• Drive issue resolution and change management processes effectively.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager on large-scale, complex projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Experience in modernization or timekeeping systems projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise updates.
• Any Graduate degree required.
