Description

You will lead complex project execution from initiation through closure, managing scope, schedule, budget, and resources across multiple workstreams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate project activities across multiple executions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources while mitigating risks.
• Maintain and manage RIDAC items (Risk, Issues, Decisions, Actions, and Changes) to drive project health.
• Provide clear project communication via status reports and meeting documentation to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and task follow-up.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of proven project management experience.
• PMP certification is required.
• Proficiency in Project Management methodologies.
• Experience with ServiceNow for project record keeping and tracking.
• Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills.
• Ability to capture and apply lessons learned to improve future execution.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
