Description

Lead cross-functional projects from business case development through technical implementation and closure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end project plans covering business implementation, readiness, and technical milestones.
• Facilitate business requirement development and decision-making processes.
• Manage project status reporting by combining business and IT inputs for all stakeholders.
• Mitigate risks and resolve issues by coordinating with internal teams, IT, and third-party vendors.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios, defect tracking, and business approvals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• 3+ years of experience using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Extensive experience leading cross-functional projects with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Background working within the health industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for status reporting and meeting facilitation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, IT, or a health-related field.
