Description

You will lead the Pension Administration project for the State Define initiative, owning scope, timelines, and vendor relationships.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables for the Pension Administration project.
• Develop project plans, manage timelines, tasks, resources, and budget.
• Monitor progress and report status to the Project Director.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Assess and mitigate project risks and conduct post-mortem analyses.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of project management experience in ERP implementation.
• Expertise in Pension Administration systems and Pension, Benefits, and Payroll functionalities.
• Proven track record contributing to pension system projects and modernization efforts.
• Strong implementation, project management, and change management skills.
• Experience managing projects in multi-stakeholder and multi-vendor environments.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Knowledgeable in finance and administration of Pension Administration and Payroll management.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
