Description

You will lead IT projects within a matrixed environment, managing end-to-end delivery and stakeholder expectations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, including forecasting and financial oversight.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and resource plans.
• Provide regular project status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between multiple internal and external stakeholder groups.
• Navigate ambiguity and pivot project direction as priorities shift.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience performing as a Senior Project Manager.
• Hands-on experience with budget management and financial forecasting.
• Proven ability to manage resource planning and project scheduling.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow ITBM.
• Experience working within matrixed organizational structures.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive results in changing environments.
• Knowledge of Scada systems.

Preferred Skills

• Domain experience in Farms or Renewables.
