Description

Lead end-to-end program execution for enterprise application modernization, ensuring minimal business disruption.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap, milestones, scope, and deliverables across Architecture, Dev, QA, and Deployment.
• Drive Agile best practices across cross-functional teams including BAs, Architects, Developers, and QA.
• Manage risks and issues related to integration, data migration, performance, and security.
• Provide executive-level status reporting to IT leadership and business sponsors.
• Coordinate workflows between onshore/offshore teams and third-party vendors.

Required Skills

• 12+ years in IT Program Management, specifically in enterprise app modernization.
• Strong expertise with Oracle-based enterprise systems and supply chain applications.
• Proven track record in UI modernization, specifically migrating from Oracle Forms to modern frameworks.
• Skilled in Agile/Scrum and hybrid delivery models involving onshore/offshore coordination.
• Experience with cloud environments, microservices, and API integrations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Any Graduate.

Preferred Skills

• Retail or supply chain transformation experience.
• Knowledge of Oracle WMS or similar legacy systems.
• PMP, Agile, or SAFe certifications.
