Description

You will lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation through to delivery in Fredericton, NB.

Responsibilities

• Execute project phase initiation, including scope definition, team setup, and kickoff meetings.
• Develop detailed project plans covering development activities, resources, and schedules.
• Manage project risks, issues, changes, and communications to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Conduct discovery sessions to document requirements and create development-ready user stories.
• Drive content for status updates and Steering Committee meetings, reporting progress to management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in project management.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing development activities and project schedules.
• Ability to define scope, requirements, and executable project plans.
• Skill in risk mitigation and issue management for both technical and non-technical concerns.
• Experience using data and analytics to drive business solutions.
• Proven track record in resource, cost, and quality management.
• Ability to translate business challenges into documented user stories.
