Description

You will lead and manage medium to large-scale projects, driving execution from concept through implementation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project governance aligned with organizational standards, tracking benefits across the lifecycle.
• Foster relationships across cross-functional teams to optimize collaboration and performance.
• Communicate project status, risks, issues, and decisions clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify, assess, and actively mitigate project risks and issues.
• Collaborate with change management teams on adoption and training plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of progressive project management experience.
• Experience managing medium to large-scale, cross-functional projects.
• Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies and governance practices.
• Proficiency with Project Management, Microsoft Project, and SharePoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing at all levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and complex initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree required.
