Description

You will own the delivery of large-scale, complex projects from initiation through handover to operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and technical feasibility with key stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones aligned with organizational strategy.
• Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Implement governance structures and manage scope, schedule, and cost changes via change control processes.
• Lead performance reviews for direct reports and develop improvement plans as needed.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in project management environments.
• Proven track record managing significant projects from initiation to completion.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile and Project Management methodologies.
• Professional certifications: PMP and PMI-ACP.
• Knowledge of SIAM Foundation and SIAM Practitioner frameworks.
• Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of business finance and budgeting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project or similar planning tools.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, or related field.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
