Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end IT projects and business process initiatives.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, estimates, and deliverables.
• Coordinate business, IT, vendor, and stakeholder teams.
• Track milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and project metrics using RAID logs.
• Manage scope changes and ensure proper approvals.
• Provide weekly status updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate testing, implementation, training, and project reviews.
• Ensure compliance with HHS DC IT PMO standards, procedures, and Daptiv guidelines.
• Proactively resolve issues and manage project risks through closure.
• Facilitate communication between program areas, IT teams, vendors, and senior leadership.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must reside in Pennsylvania at the time of submission; no relocation.
• Must be able to work in the Harrisburg, PA office at least 1 day per month; additional onsite days may be required.
• Active PMI PMP certification with a minimum of 5 years of certification is mandatory.
• A copy of the active PMP certification must be submitted with the resume. Candidates without the certification document will not be considered.
• Proven experience managing large, complex IT projects from initiation through implementation.
• Strong project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
