Description

You will lead large-scale insurance claims projects through their entire lifecycle, managing budgets exceeding $5M and coordinating technical delivery teams alongside external vendor partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage project forecasting, budgeting, and detailed project plan creation for high-value initiatives.
• Drive technical delivery by ensuring new components integrate seamlessly with existing architecture.
• Communicate project status and technical requirements directly to internal business customers and executives.
• Coordinate internal technical delivery teams and manage relationships with external vendor partners.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in a project management role.
• Direct experience managing insurance claims projects.
• Proven track record managing projects with budgets of $5M or more.
• Experience managing external vendor partners.
• Ability to understand technical architectures to oversee delivery.
• Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Experience using project management systems such as Planview.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills with executive presence.
• Expertise in project forecasting and budgeting.
