Description

You will lead enterprise-level application development projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, scopes, and risks while leading status meetings.
• Oversee project budgeting, resource planning, allocation, and capacity planning.
• Lead teams responsible for requirements gathering, business analysis, program development, testing, and version control.
• Drive results through change management and iterative, incremental development processes.
• Navigate complex requirements including policy changes and legislative mandates.

Required Skills

• 10 years of experience in project management, planning, and tracking IT projects and roadmaps.
• Extensive experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and Scrum/Agile methodologies.
• Proven track record in modular system integration and enterprise-level application development.
• Experience managing interoperability, data exchanges, and interfaces.
• Expertise in project management tools including MS Project, SharePoint, and Azure DevOps.
• Strong background in business process modeling, architecture, data management, and security.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and managing technical and non-technical staff.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Child Welfare systems (SACWIS, CCWIS).
• Knowledge of Salesforce and industry standards such as NIST, FOIA, CJIS, or SSA.
