Description

You will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of data analytics projects for a commercial pharmaceutical organization from inception to completion.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery of data analytics initiatives.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while managing resources to meet milestones.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings with data scientists, analysts, IT professionals, and business stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.

Required Skills

• Over 10 years of project management experience handling projects from inception to completion.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing large-scale data analytics projects.
• Direct experience working within a commercial pharmaceutical environment.
• Proven track record of managing data analytics projects specifically.
• Experience working in hybrid waterfall and agile environments.
• Strong understanding of data analytics concepts and methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
