Lead large-scale, complex projects to ensure delivery meets client specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Shape project strategy by defining scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage project schedules and track progress to ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee quality assurance processes, including adherence to coding standards and implementation of best practices.
• Identify, flag, and mitigate risks or issues that impact project timelines or quality.
• Partner with development teams and on-site engineers to resolve technical issues and review technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Expertise in Risk Management and mitigation planning.
• Proven ability in Change Management.
• Experience managing budgeted projects.
• Ability to participate in technical design discussions and document reviews.
• Experience driving process improvement and compliance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Background in overseeing quality assurance and knowledge management activities.

Preferred Skills
