Description

Lead large enterprise software implementations and manage complex project lifecycles from inception to completion.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build project teams, define organizational structures, and organize work to meet scope requirements.
• Drive alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage external vendors, including performance tracking and issue resolution.
• Ensure all project activities adhere to compliance and regulatory standards.
• Manage complex project lifecycles for large-scale software deployments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of project management experience.
• 3+ years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent project tracking tools.
• Experience managing projects within NIST and FedRAMP regulatory frameworks.
• Proven ability to work independently on large-scale deployments.

Preferred Skills

• SAFe certification or PMP.
• Experience in large consulting firms or government/public sector environments.
