Description

You will lead complex software projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery through Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Develop detailed project plans, sprint schedules, resource plans, and risk management strategies.
• Manage Epics, Stories, Tasks, Bugs, Sprints, and Releases in Jira, tracking progress via dashboards and burndown charts.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Communicate project status, risks, and blockers to senior management and mentor junior PMs.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of project management experience within software or IT environments.
• Expert-level proficiency in Jira, including configuration, workflows, JQL filters, and reporting.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Proven track record of managing Agile/Scrum projects with distributed teams.
• Strong skills in risk management, communication, and time management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Confluence, Trello, or other Atlassian tools.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC) and change management.
• Previous experience in SaaS, fintech, or product-based companies.
