Description

Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define project plans, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, and governance routines to drive timely decision-making.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) and ensure consistent Scrum practices.
• Apply SAFe principles to coordinate delivery across teams and support Program/PI-level planning.
• Partner with product, engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to translate goals into actionable delivery plans.
• Track delivery health using metrics like velocity and predictability, driving continuous improvement actions.

Required Skills

• 8–12 years of overall experience with strong hands-on ownership of Project Management responsibilities.
• Proven experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile delivery and Scrum Master practices.
• Experience applying SAFe concepts to support scaled delivery coordination.
• Excellent communication, planning, prioritization, and risk management skills.
• B.Tech or equivalent bachelor’s degree.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated success delivering large, multi-team initiatives using Agile at scale.
• Strong expertise in stakeholder management and executive reporting for portfolio-level visibility.
