Description

Lead enterprise-wide program and project management for large-scale IT and digital transformation initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage PMO governance frameworks, delivery standards, and reporting processes.
• Drive portfolio management, prioritization, and strategic planning across multiple technology programs.
• Oversee execution of cloud transformation, SAP modernization, and enterprise technology initiatives.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and overall delivery performance.
• Prepare executive-level dashboards, status reports, and governance presentations.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, and PMO governance.
• Expertise in portfolio management and enterprise delivery oversight.
• Experience leading digital transformation and enterprise modernization initiatives.
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks, project lifecycle management, and strategic planning.
• Experience managing cloud transformation and SAP modernization programs.
• Familiarity with GCC transition and enterprise transformation environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
