Description

You will manage immunization program systems, overseeing the full project lifecycle from planning through execution and completion.

Responsibilities

• Execute project planning including scope, schedule, and technical feasibility assessments for immunization-related systems.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans to monitor progress, track risks, and manage changes to scope or schedule.
• Act as a liaison between program areas, vendors, and technical support groups to document and validate requirements.
• Analyze business and user needs to translate them into technical system requirement specifications.
• Coordinate with IT and vendor teams to resolve issues and improve data reporting timeliness, accuracy, and completeness.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field with IT experience.
• Proven experience developing and managing project plans to track progress and mitigate risks.
• Strong knowledge of policies, standards, and procedures used in application development.
• Extensive knowledge of application development software and testing practices.
• Experience managing projects to meet specific budgetary objectives and performing financial analysis.
• Proficiency with project management software tools and methodologies.
• Advanced communication skills for requirement documentation and stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and knowledge of PMI best practices.
• Experience working within the healthcare industry.
