Description

You will lead complex IT projects from initiation through closure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects to ensure successful completion.
• Manage large enterprise projects involving internal stakeholders or contracted resources.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain comprehensive project plans.
• Define roles, responsibilities, user requirements, and deliverables for project teams.
• Coordinate stakeholder activities to meet timelines and budgets, and report status to management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Prior experience managing large software projects within State of Indiana.
• Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and IT development/implementation approaches.
• Experience applying multiple methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Ability to translate technical concepts (SDLC) for non-technical business stakeholders.
• Proven ability to collaborate with technical teams to define plans and risk registers.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• PMP Certification required.
