Description

You will lead complex IT projects from initiation through closure, ensuring successful delivery within defined timelines and budgets.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple large enterprise projects involving internal stakeholders or contracted resources.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain comprehensive project plans and risk registers.
• Define roles, responsibilities, user requirements, and deliverables for project teams.
• Coordinate stakeholder activities and report status to management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
• PMP Certification required.
• Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience applying multiple methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical business stakeholders.
• Proven ability to collaborate with technical teams to define plans.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience managing large software projects within the State of Indiana.
