Description

Lead large, complex IT infrastructure projects through their entire lifecycle, managing multiple simultaneous workstreams and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Define project scopes, create work plans, and manage critical paths to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with required functionality.
• Conduct monthly risk assessments and use influence to eliminate bottlenecks or resource alignment issues.
• Communicate project status, performance metrics, and executive-level reporting to the PMO and ITS management.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and vendor relationships in alignment with organizational strategies.
• Develop and maintain processes, procedures, and documentation for the ongoing management of infrastructure systems.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of related experience in project management.
• Proven experience managing IT infrastructure projects, specifically server, information security, network, and telecommunications implementations.
• Deep understanding of PMBOK, Agile, CI/CD, and DevSecOps methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of Business Analysis, Organizational Change Management, and Technical Architecture.
• Ability to negotiate priorities across multiple departments and manage complex project dependencies.
• PMI-ACP or PMP certification.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of experience specifically within Information Technology.
• Experience managing projects within the K-12 education sector.
• Proficiency with Google Suite office products.
