Description

You will lead large-scale, complex IT programs and manage the relationship between technical teams and business stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage project roadmaps and schedules, accounting for upstream and downstream dependencies.
• Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.
• Identify, track, and remove impediments to program success while establishing contingency plans for risks.
• Negotiate scope, schedule, and resources with internal and external stakeholders to resolve conflicts.
• Coordinate with business units and third-party vendors to ensure proper documentation and resource utilization.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in project management and quality management.
• Proven experience managing large and complex projects.
• Experience developing and implementing IT, Digital, and Retail Price Management solutions and systems.
• Strong grasp of project and program management methodologies and principles.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to influence teams outside of IT and interact with various levels of management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Background in Marketing and Merchandise.
