Qualifications
Must have 5-7 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in complex, cross-functional environments
Strong organizational and communication skills
The ability to present to executive leadership
Ability to translate complex, fragmented updates into clear, concise reporting
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and bring them together into a unified plan
Strong experience with project planning, risk management, and dependency tracking
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment
Demonstrated ability to identify issues proactively and lead resolution efforts
Experience facilitating meetings, producing status reports, and maintaining project documentation
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, or similar)
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, time-bound engagement
