Description

You will lead project delivery and manage complex technical initiatives.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Data Science, ML, and Engineering projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and deliverables.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, maintain Jira boards, and optimize project visibility.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client interactions and status communication.
• Prepare project documentation, dashboards, and executive status reports.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Project or Program Management.
• Strong exposure to Data Science, AI/ML, Data Engineering, or analytics-based projects.
• Solid understanding of model lifecycle, datasets, and engineering workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Scrum, Agile delivery, and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Strong client-facing communication and expectation management skills.
• Ability to drive cross-functional alignment and manage multiple workstreams.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and decision-making abilities.
