Own complex, cross-functional project programs, translating fragmented updates into clear executive reporting and unified plans.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, integrating them into a cohesive project plan.
• Identify issues proactively and lead resolution efforts to maintain momentum.
• Facilitate meetings, produce status reports, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Influence stakeholders and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in project or program management within complex environments.
• Proficiency with project management tools: Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, or similar.
• Strong skills in project planning, risk management, and dependency tracking.
• Ability to present to executive leadership with clear, concise communication.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
