Description

Lead large-scale IT initiatives for the Enterprise Project Management Office.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex IT projects involving 20+ team members with executive visibility.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, managing scope, risk, and budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional technical teams, vendors, and business units.
• Align IT deliverables with enterprise strategy and business goals.
• Apply change management principles to ensure adoption and minimize resistance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Expertise in Change Management and Prosci ADKAR.
• Strong understanding of APIs and system interfaces.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud solutions.
• Ability to collaborate on solution design, integration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Experience managing executive-level communications and stakeholder engagement.
