Description

You will own the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans for IT initiatives.
• Manage resource allocation, set goals, and mentor team members.
• Coordinate regression test planning and define acceptance criteria.
• Report project status, escalate issues, and mitigate potential delays.
• Define and maintain organizational performance metrics and milestones.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with JBoss 4.0.4 and Spring Framework.
• Proficiency in Java and Hibernate.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project.
• Strong command of the MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Eclipse IDE.
• Experience with FrontierSuite.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Axis 1.4 and JUnit.
