Description

You will lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT products, services, and systems. You manage internal and external project teams while interfacing with department heads and private sector stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, requirements, and deliverables through direct client collaboration.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and release plans to meet defined objectives.
• Monitor project activities and resources to mitigate risk and ensure quality assurance compliance.
• Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and analytical research to support decision-making.
• Oversee change management, information systems security plans, and project documentation requirements.

Required Skills

• Minimum 7 years of experience applying project management principles, methods, and tools.
• At least 4 years of experience serving as a Senior PM for large or complex IT projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI.
• Expertise in requirements analysis, risk management, and systems life cycle.
• Strong background in infrastructure design, systems integration, and IT architecture.
• Proficiency in business process reengineering, capital planning, and investment assessment.
• Experience with contracting, procurement, and financial management.
• Knowledge of configuration, data, and information management.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced MS Project skills.
• Vendor Management experience.
