Description

Lead large, complex IT projects from requirements analysis through the full systems life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycles including infrastructure design, systems integration, and IT architecture.
• Execute capital planning, investment assessment, and cost-benefit analysis to guide project direction.
• Oversee contracting, procurement, and financial management tasks.
• Direct risk management, quality assurance, and configuration, data, and information management processes.
• Drive business process reengineering and information resources strategy and planning.

Required Skills

• Minimum of seven years of experience applying project management principles, methods, and tools.
• At least four years of experience serving as a senior PM for large or complex IT projects.
• Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifying experience on a year-for-year basis.
• Proficiency in requirements analysis, risk management, and systems life cycle management.
• Strong skills in business process reengineering and IT performance assessment.
• Experience with information technology architecture and infrastructure design.
• Ability to manage complex contracting, procurement, and financial workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Five to seven years of experience managing software development projects.
• Three to five years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure DevOps, and Agile Scrum.
• One to two years of experience with Azure Cloud.
