Description

You will lead enterprise-level IT infrastructure and construction projects within a healthcare environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional meetings and translate strategic goals into actionable project plans and deliverables.
• Manage day-to-day project operations, status reporting, and budgets including capital and operating expenditures.
• Coordinate technical design, build, and testing efforts while overseeing infrastructure integration with clinical systems.
• Manage interdependencies between IT systems (LAN/WAN, cabling, telecom) and construction tasks.
• Execute change management and operational readiness plans while maintaining documentation in PMIS systems.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing enterprise-wide projects.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure and construction within a healthcare setting.
• Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, cabling, and telecom.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) and MS Project.
• Expertise in Smartsheet and team facilitation.
• Ability to coordinate with construction teams, vendors, and internal IT.
• Strong project financial management and forecasting skills.
• Must be local to Los Angeles/Orange County with ability to travel to Keck Hospital and clinics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with EMR/EHR, clinical software solutions, and medical equipment IT integration.
• Knowledge of system integrations using API, FHIR, or HL7 standards.
