Description

You will coordinate ESG-related digital deliveries across multiple product teams using agile methodologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead and coordinate ESG solution deliveries across various digital domains and product teams.
• Create and manage execution plans, timelines, and project plans for ESG digital deliveries.
• Develop and maintain high-level resource plans for the digital organization.
• Manage stakeholders and implement risk management strategies to mitigate or escalate issues.
• Coordinate with Digital Leads and business stakeholders to ensure deliveries meet quality and timing requirements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of expert-level Project Management experience.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale projects within a matrix organization.
• Direct experience working with ESG or Sustainability requirements.
• Technical background in engineering or architecture.
• Experience working directly with product engineering teams.
• Experience managing relationships and reporting to senior management.
• Proficiency in planning, stakeholder management, and RFP processes.
