Description

You will lead the development of executive-level communications and strategic materials for C-suite leadership and IT senior staff.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the creation of crisp, decision-ready presentations and storylines for executive audiences.
• Support outbound communications, including newsletters and leadership emails, ensuring an executive voice.
• Develop detailed scorecards and support the launch of IT-wide AI-ready data OKRs.
• Assist in change management efforts by creating clear written and visual materials for stakeholders.
• Maintain consistent presentation materials for IT Senior Staff ready for executive review.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience supporting programs in complex organizations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a top-tier consulting polish.
• High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for executive-ready deliverables.
• Domain expertise in Data Architecture and Data Platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS).
• Ability to translate complex AI enablement concepts (LLMs, knowledge management) into clear narratives.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams and operate in ambiguous environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent consulting experience.
