Description

You will lead a large-scale cloud migration program to Microsoft Azure.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multi-phase cloud migration programs to Microsoft Azure.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, application, and business units to ensure alignment.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Provide regular updates to executive leadership through dashboards, reports, and presentations.
  • Drive change management and user adoption strategies.

Required Skills

  • 15+ years of experience in IT project or program management.
  • 5+ years of experience specifically in cloud migration or cloud-native projects.
  • Proven experience managing Azure cloud migration projects (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
  • Strong understanding of cloud architecture, networking, security, and DevOps practices.
  • Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Program Management expertise.

Preferred Skills

  • Azure certifications such as AZ-900, AZ-305, or AZ-400.
  • Experience in regulated industries like finance, healthcare, or government.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Experience with data center decommissioning and legacy system modernization.
  • Master's degree or MBA.
