Description

You will manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for business, operational, and IT initiatives, with a specific focus on Data Lake projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
• Develop and maintain work breakdown structures (WBS), integrated delivery plans, and project milestones.
• Track project progress, budgets, and status through weekly reporting and dashboards.
• Assess, manage, and report risks and issues while rigorously managing scope to meet time, cost, and quality parameters.
• Manage backlogs, user stories, and storyboards to ensure clear delivery requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience using Agile methodology.
• PMP or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• Experience managing data integration or Data Lake projects.
• Proficiency with Jira, VersionOne, Planview, and Microsoft Project.
• Ability to work with matrixed business and IT partners to oversee Waterfall or Agile iterations.
• Experience managing complex project reporting and budget tracking.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Hadoop technologies and the AWS ecosystem.
• Experience within the Secondary Mortgage industry.
