Description

You will lead the implementation of ACH payment capabilities for alcoholic beverage pre-order and licensing management within MIPS and VAL systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, timelines, dependencies, budgets, resources, and milestones.
• Manage multiple high-priority, complex projects simultaneously while navigating shifting priorities.
• Identify risks swiftly and develop effective mitigation strategies to protect project goals.
• Coordinate efforts across technical teams to ensure feasibility, quality assurance, and maintainability.
• Establish communication channels and documentation to keep business, IT, and third-party vendors aligned.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT software project management experience.
• Active PMP certification.
• Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• Experience using Jira.
• Strong issue, risk, decision, and change control capabilities.
• Ability to establish project processes and norms in environments lacking existing standards.
• Advanced conflict resolution skills to manage difficult stakeholders and executive leaders.
• Proven ability to perform pre-project impact analysis and resource allocation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with payment processing systems (ACH).
