Description

You will manage the implementation of ACH payment capabilities for alcoholic beverage pre-order and licensing management features within MIPS and VAL systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, timelines, dependencies, budgets, resources, and milestones.
• Lead pre-project impact analysis and partner with IT resources to validate technical feasibility and quality assurance.
• Identify risks early and develop effective mitigation strategies to protect project goals.
• Coordinate efforts across various teams and manage communication channels between business, IT, and third-party vendors.
• Resolve stakeholder conflicts while managing multiple high-priority, complex projects simultaneously.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT software project management experience.
• Active PMP certification.
• Proficiency in Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Experience with Jira and COTS/SaaS implementations.
• Strong issue, risk, decision, and change control capabilities.
• Ability to establish project processes and norms in environments lacking existing standards.
• Expertise in stakeholder analysis and conflict resolution.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both executive leaders and highly technical resources.
