You will manage complex projects and oversee program delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines and cross-project dependencies to ensure delivery for clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor project financials, scope, and schedule against client specifications.
• Generate, validate, and distribute status, time usage, and expense reports.
• Manage day-to-day client interaction, setting expectations and building relationships.
• Manage risks and issues, escalating them as necessary across the program.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 10 years in program and project management.
• Experience with Conversion and M&A Projects in the finance industry.
• Intermediate proficiency or above in Jira and Microsoft Office Suite (MS Project, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to manage hardware, software, and staff augmentation vendors and their Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with high-level clientele.
• Proven ability to act independently aligned with organizational goals.
• Organizational and interpersonal skills necessary for managing cross-LoB teams (Business Analysts, SMEs, Technology Resources).
