Senior Project Manager

Lead large-scale programs and multi-team engagements from inception through completion in Minneapolis, MN.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams through all project phases to ensure successful delivery.
• Negotiate scope, schedule, and funding with business partners and external IT vendors.
• Establish common goals across multiple teams and define metrics to track performance.
• Manage milestones and project documentation across various workstreams.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA, operations, and external partners to resolve complexities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of consulting industry experience.
• Proven experience in Program Management, specifically setting up and running a PMO.
• Background in managing large, multi-team engagements.
• Proficiency in Program Management and Scrum/Agile methodologies.
• Experience in account management, relationship management, and sales support.
• Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations.
• Strong ability to collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and end-users.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with a Global Delivery Model.
