Description

Lead complex, multi-project programs in a professional services environment, owning scope, schedule, cost, quality, and stakeholder communications for both internal and customer-facing initiatives.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage technology-driven initiatives end-to-end, ensuring delivery against defined scope, budget, and timelines.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal leadership to align project goals.
• Apply Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies within the SDLC to drive project execution.
• Utilize project planning tools to track progress, manage risks, and maintain quality standards.
• Facilitate stakeholder communications and resolve issues through strong problem-solving and decision-making.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in Project Management, ideally within Professional Services, Consulting, or Managed Services.
• Hands-on experience with SDLC and project methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Proficiency with project tracking tools: MS Project, JIRA, ConnectWise, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, SAFe, ITIL/ITSM, or Lean Six Sigma.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-project programs.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
