Description

Lead testing strategy and team execution for short video and e-commerce mobile applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive testing plans to ensure product quality and user experience.
• Build and manage the testing team through recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
• Design and execute functional, performance, security, and compatibility test cases.
• Sync testing progress with product development cycles to ensure timely issue discovery and resolution.
• Collaborate with development, product, and UI/UX teams to integrate testing into the design process.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of mobile application testing experience with at least 2 years in team management.
• Proficiency in automation testing tools such as Appium or Robot Framework.
• Ability to write automation test scripts.
• Strong understanding of software testing theories, methods, and technologies.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
• Experience working within Agile development processes.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Capability to handle frequent business travel.

Preferred Skills

• PMI or Agile certification.
• Industry experience in short video or e-commerce sectors.
