Lead PMO functions and drive cross-functional coordination across the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project lifecycles and manage complex coordination tasks.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Extract and analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights.
• Manage resource allocation and budget planning.
• Solve complex problems through strategic planning and analysis.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in management consulting, operations, strategy, or resource/budget planning.
• Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, macros, formulas, and data visualization.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and the MS Office suite.
• Solid understanding of organizational management, design, and finance/accounting principles.
• Strong ability to work independently in high-pressure environments.
• Proven ability to build consensus among non-direct reports.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• MBA degree.
• Background in management consulting or organizational strategy.
• Experience in project or operations management within IT, Finance, or Consulting.
