Drive project lifecycles and PMO operations across multiple functional disciplines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project coordination and lifecycles across multiple functional disciplines.
• Lead cross-functional teams without direct reporting lines to achieve common goals.
• Extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from Excel and dashboards to inform stakeholders.
• Develop strategic plans and manage resource or budget planning.
• Maintain strict discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive organizational information.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in management consulting, operations, strategy, or resource/budget planning.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, macros, formulas, and data visualization.
• Expertise in PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and the MS Office suite.
• Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple concurrent tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Foundational understanding of organizational management, design, and general finance/accounting principles.
• Experience in PMO, Banking, or Project Management Office environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for all levels of the organization.

Preferred Skills

• MBA degree.
• Background in organizational strategy.
• Experience in project or operations management within IT, Finance, or Consulting industries.
