Description

You will manage the release of analyst databases for the ESG Research division, acting as the liaison between research teams and digital product owners.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and roadmap for analyst databases in collaboration with digital transformation managers.
• Coordinate release management, planning, and scheduling in close partnership with IT teams.
• Collect, review, and prioritize business requirements and incoming items for IT partners.
• Oversee business analysis, design enhancements, and monitor the health and benefits of analyst databases.
• Drive change management initiatives and create communication materials for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in IT-related roles, with a proven track record in business analysis or release management.
• Understanding of programming languages such as Java, SQL, or C#.
• Proficiency with project and process planning tools like Jira and Jira Align.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to set clear priorities and manage competing interests.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively at all organizational levels.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of people management experience.
