Description

Lead application delivery and manage AMS engagements for regional operations in Munich.

Responsibilities

• Own application delivery management and serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for regional delivery.
• Manage AMS engagements and oversee global teams to ensure operational alignment.
• Direct demand management for the scope of work aligned with the region.
• Manage customer stakeholder relationships and maintain clear, consistent communication.
• Oversee application support across ERP (SAP), Open/Custom applications, platform support, and digital technologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application delivery management.
• Extensive experience managing AMS engagements.
• Proven track record of managing global teams.
• Experience managing ERP (SAP) environments.
• Experience managing Open/Custom applications and digital technologies.
• Experience with platform support.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in SAP modules including SD, FICO, MM/WM, or PP.
• Experience with Open Apps such as WMS (Red Prairie).
• Expertise in Demand Management.
